Registration is mandatory for all participants of the ENSE Forum. Please see the instructions below.

Social Dinner

Opportunity to Join the Social Dinner

As part of the social programme of the ENSE Forum, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the Social Dinner, a moment designed to foster informal interaction, cultural exchange, and networking in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Places are limited and subject to prior registration and payment of 30€.

Registration Process

To register for ENSE Forum 2025, follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Payment

  • Pay your congress registration fee (bank transfer, only). Please ensure the corresponding value of the forum fees and add the value of the social dinner (30€) in case you intend to participate.

  • Don’t forget to save your bank transfer receipt in pdf file.

Step 2 – Registration

  • Fullfil the registration form HERE
  • Submit proof of bank transfer in the appropriate field on the registration form;
  • If you are registering as “Student”, submit a copy of your student card (or other valid document), as proof of your student status in the appropriate field of the registration form;
  • If you have applied for the “Youth Researcher Awards“, please submit your certificate of attendance (student proof) or completion of the corresponding academic degree in the appropriate field.

Step 3 – Registration confirmation

  • In the following weeks, you will receive confirmation from the congress organisers that registration has been successful.
